AUF is committed to a transparent and zero corruption policy in all her internal and external activities. Both for funds raised for operational activities or for the benefit of member universities, this policy is sacrosanct and shall apply to the hilt.

Member universities shall sign off on this policy prior to admission to membership and disbursement of any funds.

AUF shall have authority in disbursing all funds as directed by donors. AUF shall have unrestricted access in monitoring and evaluating the use of such funds by universities.

AUF is subject to all known and unknown US Laws governing non-profits.
